This project is about someone who feels like they are a ghost of themselves looking back at the old self and all of their emotions are floating out of their body.

Many individuals who struggle with mental health issues often feel disconnected from their own bodies, as if they are mere ghosts of themselves.

However, it's important to know that you are not alone in this experience.  This is why I have created this project, as I wanted to make people know they are not alone in this stage of their life and to create awareness.

By incorporating the fabric into the work and installation creates a almost performance creating a sombre of crying out for help. As the movements divise a elegant touch but with such a deeper meaning.
